Concord Electronics Corp VTR-600 Video Tape Recorder
Powers up.  When I first turned it on the reel was spinning then stopped.  The wheels near heads were still running when I turned it off.  Beyond powering up I DO NOT KNOW IF IT WORKS CORRECTLY.
Selling AS-IS for parts or repair.
According to LabGuy's Extinct Video Equipment "Specs:
B/W, 2 video heads, 1/2" tape, 7" reels, 12 IPS, 40 minutes record / playback time, 60 pounds. Had a pushbutton for cleaning the video heads. It turns out that the VTR's in this series are second brand versions of Panasonic NV-8000 series."
And yes its heavy 60 lbs!
