    This is a Heathkit Capacitor checker that will indicate the value of an unknown capacitor or resistor and check for leakage.  What's very usefull
    is that you can control the working voltage of the capacitor under test for leakage.  This makes this box ideal for "re-forming" old electrolytic capacitors up to 600
    Volts.  We keep one on the bench just for that purpose.
    This unit is fully functional, very accurate, is very clean, and has no user modifications or added holes.  Comes with a new 're-issue' copy of the manual.  The 'Eye' tube i
    s nice and bright.  The electrolytic capacitors and standard reference capacitors have already been replaced with new, so you don't have to do it.
